Really nice rash-guard. I train in an un-air conditioned gym; summer time tempratures are often 100 degrees or slightly higher and this is perfect for hot and sticky conditions. This is an awesome alternative to a more surfer like long sleeved rash guard in that you will stay much cooler when on the mat. Great purchase.

Ive worn the product on two seperate occasions and have to agree the product is very light. Although the construction looks well made I question how it will hold up to no-gi grappling. Ill need to try it out some more before I give it more stars

This is not a "skin tight" rash guard, like many of the Under Armor rash guards - which is a good thing for a bigger guy such as myself... Great for no-gi training... it is extremely flexible and dries very quickly.

I use the product during MMA training sessions and while weightlifting.
The great things about this shirt are that it suits every asect of MMA training, its breathable, light and does not restrict movement.
The only not so great thing about the shirt is its price.
