I got an x large and I'm 6'2, 210lbs. and it fit great except the arms were a tad bit long. But that could just be my body type. I used it in jiu jitsiu and it was great, didn't get too hot.

A really comfortable rashguard that doesn't feel like I need to hold my breath the entire time. It feels a bit too hot but other than that it's a great rashguard to roll in.

This is probably the best rash guard I've come across, and I've tried a few. Firstly, the material (bamboo) is softer on the skin and lighter in weight than the standard polyester/spandex rash guards. Also, while being form-fitting, it is also loose enough so as to not make you feel as though you've been vacuum-packed, the way many other rash guards feel.

This rashguard fits and looks great. It is not too tight or too loose like others I have worn. It is very comfortable and helps regulate body temperature well. I wear it for Jiu Jitsu. The only negative is that it tore the second time I wore it. I wear it for both no gi and under my gi and the second time I wore it under my gi I noticed a tear in the torso area when I took off my gi top.

Awesome rashguard...best I ever had! Ordered 2 and I'm completely happy with them! I didn't wanted it to be too loose, so I ordered a small...I'm 6 feet and 163 pounds and it is the perfect size for me! Not too loose and not as tight as a normal rash guard!
