These are now my go to training shorts. Use for Kickboxing, all cardio and strength (no BJJ yet). They stay up and move with you. Also love the pocket for Iphone and velcro closure so don't have to worry about losing keys when at store before or after training.

I have rolled in these shorts a couple of times. They are a great fit and very comfortable. They stay up and allow for maximum movement. I would recommend them.

I purchased the black ones first and immediately loved it and so I purchased the gray one a few days later. They are light & comfortable. I wouldn't use these for grappling because of the pockets and the material seems to be a little to stretchy. For those that prefer a shorter length these might not be to your liking. They do go right over my knees and I'm about 5'6. I use them for standup work and just going to the gym.
