My favourite groin protector. Doesn't move when grappling. Cup is hard to take out and put back in.

These worked well for me. I have one with the cup and three without for use in Muay Thai Kickboxing and MMA/BJJ. The cup goes on with velcro and golds well for training. I do not use the internal pocket as it takes some time to get the cup and adjust everything. Just the velcro holds the cup fine during training. Taken a few missed kicks and all went well. Had trouble getting a cup that fit right until these and this one is very secure, fits well, works. The shorts are comfortable. With a 33-34 waist I bought the large and seems right for me. Purchased one with the cup and a few without. Simply transfer the cup around as the other go in the wash. Well worth it after going through others (shock doc etc) that were fine but not quite right. Jaco compression shorts are awesome feel comfortable these are my second pair they protect me when I train.so these shorts are good for what I need them for so nothing bad to say about these shorts.

he space for the cup is excelnt the size of the legigns is the best i use it for train bjj and i feel so comfortable training qith it and wearing a cup.
