I normally wear an extra-large. I swim in this shirt! My recommendation is to downsize at least one size for normal fit and two sizes if you prefer your T shirts fitted. Also this is a fully polyester T shirt, feels more like a workout shirt than an "around town" shirt.

as opposed to all the other large t shirts i buy online this was massive and didnt fit, so now i need to pay money to get it returned.
not good at all.
