It's ok. I like the design.

I Like the design of this product. However I had a real hard time getting it to mold after I boiled it. I would probably go with another mouthguard next time.

I workout in a gym with people from all over the world. I like that I have a mouth piece that works great and reps my country without having to pay a arm and a leg. I have not tried the 150dollar pieces yet but so far this is the best mouth guard I have ever used. I used a double brain pad before it was like breathing through a straw. The upper only models allow for a lot more air in turn a lot more energy.

It needs to be boiled longer than the directions and don't put it in water between heating it up and putting it it you rmouth. It hurts like none other but it's worth it in the end.
