For first time users using boil and bite: The directions the mouth guard comes with tells you to put the guard in boiling water for 12-15 seconds. That does not work. Must be in water for about 45 seconds. Other than that, this is an excellent mouth guard.

This mouthgaurd fits well and doesn't move during training. The molding process would probably go easier if I were to do another one, now having the experience of molding this one.

I have used several mouth pieces over the years and have grown to feel as though one is as good as the next. I have been wrong. Fight Dentist makes a really nice mouth guard that you can confidently put your smile on the line while wearing. The one thing I notice that I have to reference as a negative; the thing is a touch bulky. It's nice and soft, absorbs impact better than others, however, the trade off is a bigger hunk of rubber in your mouth.
