I've tried a few brands of head gear and I have a top 3. Hayabusa's, Venum's, and Fairtex's. All are comfortable and easy desings, with venums and fairtex's being the easiest on and off. I chose hayabusas cause I got the matching 16oz gloves and shin guards. The whole set is fantastic and the headgear and gloves are my favorite. The heeadgear provides a lot of protection. I like the forehead protection and chin to protect against the uppercut. Its a little heavy at first but is wel worth it. I personally find all headgear hot, so I didnt put that as a con. Vision good, but venum and fairtex are a little easier to see out off. The fact that its genuine leather add to durability and impact resistance.

While I like the way it looks, I tend to stay away from "trendy" looking training gear. I'm glad that I gave in and bought this. I've used a Title headgear for a while that always slipped. This has a suede inside and DOES NOT SLIP. The visibility isn't the best because it offers alot of protection but it's not bad enough to complain about. If you want a headgear that you won't hate, this is it.

This is a great product, i use it daily and have not had any problems with it. I am training to be a MMA fighter and I love the protection this gear offers. THis is the Lazy boy of head gear! Yes, it is a little hot, BUT; If you cant handle the heat, GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN!

this is one of the best headgear that i have ever use, the only thing that i didnt like is that the forehead part is very heavy so it tends incline forward/

I got this along with the matching gloves so that when doing MMA with other guys from my unit, we wouldn't injure each other too much. Compared to the headgear by buddies had, this was far superior. It ventilated better, had a better design in the chin area, was easily adjusted and offered great protection without sacrificing vision.
