Iam very happy I bought this Rashguard. It´s my favorite and it can take punishment. Mine is still going strong after alot of graplling.
You will feel cooler when you exercise and it will not become wet and heavy like a t-shirt.
It also looks absolutly awesome but thats my taste.

One think to think about however is that it is a bit smaller in overall compared to other brands. I usually wear "large" in t-shirt but with this rashguard I´ve size X-large.

If you want this to fit tight order a size smaller. Excellent quality and very durable.

Easily my favorite rashguard. Hayabusa makes alot of high quality gear, and this is no exception. Overall it fits great, although compared to other rashguards, its a little tight around my biceps.

I wear these under my scrubs for surgery and as a wicking layer when I train in Muay Thai, Kali, and Wing Chun. I also wear these when I run. It adds an extra layer of insulation when it's cold, and wicks to cool me off when it's hot.
