Great t-shirt which looks cool when at the gym. Fabric is thin but not sure i would want a t-shirt made from a thicker fabric especially if i was to use this when training.

Awesome Shirt, great quality, good cotton/fabric. Fit is perfect, not too loose or too tight, just right. Colour and writing on shirt is nice, not too loud or tacky.   According to your measurements, the Medium or Large size would fit best. Here is a breakdown of their size chart. The Gracie Jiu-Jitsu shirts tend to run on the "slim" side.
  
  Medium size -
  Chest: 38"
  Armpit to Bottom: 17.5"
  Length: 28.5"
  
  Large size -
  Chest: 41"
  Armpit to Bottom: 18"
  Length: 29.5"

  I would not expect the shirt to shrink. The shirt has great buyer reviews that indicate that the fabric washes well and retains its fit.
