great for grappling not like other gloves that will get pulled or slip off when hands sweaty. doesn't do a lot a damage to your partner(depends how hard your hitting)the wrist secure is perfect wrist feel super safe. took no "break in period" just put them on and were great. great glove to train or compete with. No Rips and Tears after training great glove
