The Fuji Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Kassen Pearl Weave Gi features the same great fit as the original gi, but with an even stronger weave and better comfort

Design inspired by Pedro Sauer trained BJJ fighter Jeff "Big Frog" Curran

Patched on both shoulders, one lapel, and both pant leg sides (allowing you to add your own patch to the left chest)

One circular patch along the leg

The fabric is medium weight, not too light and not too heavy, which makes it great for dual use - even in hot weather.

Strong pants, excellent reinforcements

True BJJ cut with shorter jacket and well tapered arms.

Intended to last for years and built with quality

Made from 100% cotton

Includes both jacket and pants (belt not included)

The best Gi I've owned

I bought this Gi because it was inexpensive, lighter-weight than the others, and looked good. While at practice or tournaments, I quickly began to take note of not only its much lighter weight than my original tournament Gi, but that it is MUCH less hot than my others but still incredibly strong. I haven't washed it yet, but as with any Gi I'll just use cold water and it should be fine. For these reasons I would say it's the best Gi I've ever bought and definitely worth every cent.

I would say the top is 4 stars - average weight, average collar thickness, good construction and fit, patches are cool (if you like some bling).

The pants are REALLY heavy canvas. 2 stars. They fit well and aren't too rough. However there is no way I use these during hot training days. So if you live in Montana or are cutting weight these are great. Other than that, spend your $ elsewhere.

I am moving on from my A4 blue Atama Gi after I've dropped 50 pounds and earned my blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, this Gi is the third one I have owned and by far the most comfortable and best-looking. I just got home from the gym and felt compelled to write this review right away - the only cons I have to it are that the pants show any hair/lint/misc. material from feet or other lighter colored Gi's on the mat. Secondly, I would like it the top part was a little longer. I am 180 lbs and 6 feet tall with broad shoulders, and the A3 fit just fine. Definitely recommend.
