Fuji sizing is like the missing half-sizes of Atama, Koral and Vulkan! If an Atama A2 is too small for you, and A3 too big, then go try a Fuji A3, it fits right in between :)

Love the price and the Gi-- the way it fits and moves with me-- but I washed it in Cold water and hung it dry and it still shrunk on me. It fit amazingly out of the box-- but now it is a bit tight.

Comments about Fuji Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Single Weave Black Gi:
I'm 5'8" and 165 and the A2 fits me perfectly. If it skrinks, it'd still fit, but I would have been able to use the dryer had I bought the A3. It's well constructed, gets warm, but not unbearable. And it looks great. Everyone has commented on it. Women haven't thrown themselves at me. But they may, depending on your personality.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Fuji Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Single Weave Black Gi:
This is the first Gi I have ever purchased, and I am 100% satisfied. Very light compared to other people's Gi's that I have borrowed, and seems to be just as durable.

Comments about Fuji Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Single Weave Black Gi:
Gi appears to be well made. Slimmer cut than my gameness gi but I like the close fit. Mine did take up a little when washed but that was just right for me. I got A3 and I am 5'10" 175.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Fuji Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Single Weave Black Gi:
Good price. Good quality- strong fabric and seams. At 5'5", 170 lbs, I bought an A2 (Atama's A2 fits me). I always hang dry my gi's. The A2 fits my 10 y/o son better. I had to wear different pants. I fit into my buddy's Fuji A4 that shrunk. Recommend buy larger size than chart.

Q:
Im 5'7 and weight 170lb, which Gi should I get, A2 or A3?Know the answer? Answer this question

A:
You would need an A2, it is recommended for some one who is 5'5" to 5'9" weight 140-170 lbs.Q:
I am 5'6" about 185lbs so trying to decide between A2 and A3. Any suggestions?Know the answer? Answer this question
1 answer
A:
In order to ensure a good fit, the A3 should be purchased. Firstly, the Gi is designed with a shorter jacket and well tapered arms. It would be good to get a Gi that fits, weight wise. It would be very uncomfortable to move around in a gi that is too snug. Secondly, it is easier to alter the length of a garment, rather than the width.Q:

I'm looking at sizes and I'm about 5'3 but weigh about 150. Would it be better to go A1 size or A2Know the answer? Answer this question

I would recommend going with an A2, that size will fit you best. It might be a little long, but you can always cuff the pants and the sleeves. The other size would have been too small.Q:
