  • You will receive a self-impression kit which contains simple, easy to follow instructions on how to take your dental impression.  Once you're done, you seal it and place it in a box with pre-paid postage to the "Fight Dentist".  Within 10-14 days, you will receive your custom mouthguard that's fitted just for your teeth!
  • Every mouthguard comes with a name on the side for identification, in your choice of color, as well as a nickname or logo on the front if desired, plus a black carrying case.
  • If you'd like to really customize your mouthguard with some custom artwork, choose the JAWZZ upgrade option for just $45.00 more.  Check out some of the samples in the pictures!  You can send your artwork to artwork@fightdentist.com after ordering.
