Unfortunately, companies that produce clothing such as t-shirts often have to have a large minimum order for each size they produce. If the company doesn't think they can sell that amount in a certain size, they simply don't offer it. You could always let companies that produce the shirts know there is a demand for larger sizes - if they feel that it would be profitable for them, I'm sure more would make them.
