I train and compete in MMA amaturely and these gloves rock. They fit the amature regulations and are extreamly durable I use they for everything, competition, bag work, grappling, everything. The only problem i have with them is they fit funny on the knuckles. they fit too far back. Where the finger guards should start right below the knuckles is where my knuckles end up. so little knuckle padding but its nothing some extra handwrap can't fix. over all 5/5

great gloves i ONLY use these gloves to train with friends and at the local combat club.also great for heavy bags.
