what happens if i loose my color training caps. please help

A:
If you lose your color training cap, the mask will be unable to simulate breathing at high air pressure. You can find a replacement at most online retailers of elevation training masks, and can choose between multiple colors representing different heights of air pressure simulations.

These training masks were made from actual gas masks. There is no function for the nozzles on the side as it is just a piece that was on all of the masks when they were manufactured.
