I bought this product with the Diamond MMA compression short. Its basically the best protection out there. I love how far back the cup goes, because a lot of times I find my self getting hit in angles a normal protection cup couldn't do its job properly. If bought with the Diamond MMA compression short your allowing the cup to use its full potential meaning you will provide the stability and comfort you need to use the cup. Diamond MMA nuff' said

I have tried them all, under armour, jaco, shock doctor.
This is the best out there! Get one if you plan to have kids.
The cup does not shift with the compression shorts, even when grappling.
I have been kicked on the cup several times and didn't even feel it.

First the cup is great, very comfortable and very protective, you can tell some thought and engineering went into it. The shorts are very durable and comfortable, they do hold the cup as advertised and keep it where it should be at all times.
It takes a little while to get used to it but after you wear it for an hour or so it is easy to forget it is there.
Only CON is the waist band on the shorts, it has a string to tighten but the back straps that go to the cup pull down on it so it creeps down a little, If they replaced it with the waist band from the shock doctor jock (Jock not shorts) they would be great.
