Diamond MMA has truly created a one of a kind Compression short-jock protection system. The reason why the price is higher than other shorts is because of the one of a kind patented four strap jock system. The Groin protector hardly moves and is always kept stable.
I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to get what they pay for.

I tried Jaco's compression shorts before these and HATED them. The cup was a pain in the butt to put back into the shorts after washing. With the Diamond shorts I was able to put my own steel thai cup in these and it works just fine. Holds cup in place great when grappling too.

I train Krav Maga and this is the fourth pair of Diamond compression shorts I have purchased. Unfortunately it seems that Diamond has made a change in the way they manufacture the compression shorts and all the materials are now lower quality, i.e. thinner material(less durable), less form fitting, new cumbersome drawstring, and finally the stitching is considerably worse(comparing a pair of the old shorts to the new ones shows the lack of stitching)
I need another pair but I will not purchase another pair of these "new and improved" compression shorts. I guess it's time to start trying to find someone with the old ones in stock.
