Considering most (if not all) of the previous comments were written by Diamond affiliates/employees or the webmaster, I'll put in my honest, unbiased opinion. These shorts are average, hands down. Cup is comfortable and light, and protects well...but the price? Outrageous! [$] for a pair of shorts and a slightly different designed cup? Stick with Shock Doctor or Jaco for a third of the price and stay just as protected. I have grappling buddies that have asked me about my experience with this setup, I will always speak highly of it in regards to protection, but they will certainly keep away from it purely due to it's insane price.

This is a is definately the only way to go to protect yourself during. Whether you are training to stay fit, training as an amature fighter, or training as a professional at an elite level Diamond Jock and Cup is the best product out there. I do some novice training at Roufusport MMA Acadamy and when I finish a kickboxing class I can simply take out the cup put it in my bag and proceed to my boxing class! So easy. I always feel extremely protected. At Roufusport all of the elite fighters, inlcuding UFC stars, Anthony "Showtime Pettis" Eric "Newbreed" Kock & Chico "King" Camus all use the Diamond system. For the protection and durablitily of this product it is definately worth it. Remember, in life: you get what you pay for!

I have worn Diamond MMA for several months. You can literal take a kick to the groin and be fine. I cringed the first time in anticipation, but in the end, it didn't actually make me flinch because it didn't hurt at all! It has made me a more aggressive fighter. I wouldn't protect my nuts with anything else.

This cup/jock strap system is fantastic and is almost a necessity for those who compete/train in combat sports such as MMA/Kickboxing/Grappling. Comfortable, doesn't slide around and offers great protection from strikes to the groin or to uncomfortable pressure while grappling.

This is a pretty good product. I got this a few weeks after I started training because I couldn't stand wearing uncomfortable cups - I figured with a price this high, they had to be doing something right. It's really comfortable, I like the rubber around the rim of the cup because it absorbs impact like a champ. It still slides around when you get hit, but it's far superior to other cups I've tried. I've only stopped sparring once or twice due to a low blow wearing this cup.
