Since I do brazilian jiu jitsu, this is very helpful for me to use in order to keep my skin from developing ringworm. The only problem I've had so far is it has dried my skin out severely and it can be quite uncomfortable. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem but it is a rather serious problem for me. The only thing I can do about it is use some sort of moisturizer after I use defense soap

have been using the defense bar for a while now so decided to try this bad boy out,just lather it up let it sit for a couple mins rinse and feel confident after using gym equiptment or grappling this place it cheaper then any other places ive found it online by about $3-4 cant beat that

Defense soap is a big name in martial arts, so I had to buy some. I keep getting rashes and athletes foot, even though I am showering right after practice. Since I bough the defense soap, I have not had any skin infections. It is very strong soap, I would not recommend using it unless you just trained because it can dry out your skin. Overall, great product.

The soap works, haven't had any skin issues. Doesn't smell great and leaves your skin dry but who cares so long as you don't catch something.
