Do not buy this. I broke it on the first try doing a arm bar... The company replaced it for free and the second one broke on the first try doing an armbar.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

After training with this grappling dummy for an hour twice a week I ripped both arms off of it in the first month. All I did was perform arm bar drills. I found that there is little flexibility in the limbs. After my first session I noticed a tear in the arm pit of the dummy. Not worth the money...
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The dummy lays flat on the ground and cannot be stood up or set in a kneeling position. Though the arms and legs are flexible, their position are already set and cannot be changed.Q:
