this is a very nice glove, it just doesnt fit my hands, i am 6 2 185 and i have some xl size hands, these gloves stop at large and are impossible with wraps on to train with, i sold them to another guy at our camp and he loves them so other than that they are great.

Use them for kickboxing and MMA sparring. They provide enough protection to not mess up your partner while allowing you to still be able to grapple. Can't ask for much more.

These gloves are very high quality, well worth the price. The only bad thing is that they are a little small. i usualy wear a size large, but these gloves didnt seem to fit over the knuckles correctly like they should. they are still really good gloves but maybe order a size larger than your used to. I use these gloves for both training and my fights and when i wrap up for a fight the gloves start to feel a little small
