Before you buy this product make sure it suits you, first of all they are micro pads so if you buying this for a kid its great I highly recommend it but if you are an adult buying this i would get something else because it is so small it does not absorb alot of strikes so if you punch or kick really hard who ever is holding the pads is going to be in alot of pain. But what you get in return the pads are so lightweight you can move them into position quickly and they are easy to hold so i recommend them aswell aslong as you dont strike like mirko cro cop.
