These gloves are simply amazing! if you need an MMA sparring glove get these! I got these as a gift from my GF and could not be more happy with them. The padding is superb. I don't mind getting hit by these and neither do my training partners. Padding thickness comparable to a 16 oz glove. The wrist support is incredible, you are not going to jack your wrist with these gloves. Yes, they are larger than the average MMA glove, so it will make it more difficult to escape your hands during grappling, But I look at this as a plus to train me to be more careful with what I do with my hands. Lastly, the only con about these is that someone had mentioned to my gf that they run a little small, I have average sized hands and she ordered the large for me, they fit perfect, sooooo glad she didn't get the regular!

great for training feels like hitting someone in the face with a 12 oz boxing glove but a 1/4 of the weight and the safety loc on the hook and loop is great. they look cool guys in the gym all double take on them and ask where i got them
