I use these wraps for sparring and bag work. They are the length and width as advertised so buyer beware if you have large hands. A major complaint that I have of these wraps are that the Velcro stitching began to come undone while I was practicing wrapping my hands. Prior to training I restitched the Velcro back into place using a needle and a thread.
