My students and I love this dummie. We use it at practice regularly. There are all types of ways to incorporate this product into our MMA Training. We use it to work our positions on the ground, we use it for takedowns and of course we all love to practice our ground and pound on it the most. it gets me by without having to have a partner that may get injured for some of my techniques. Works great when your partner can show up for practice.

Very poor construction. Waist seam ripped after one week of use. Definitely not made to practice throws.
