I got these for pad work and light sparing. They are so thick my gloves are tight on my hands. I would rather go without wraps than wear these. The gel is comfortable but is unnecessary. Also the finger holes hurt my hand after about 5 mins of pad work. I thought thise would be a quick and more comfortable way to wrap my hands but i was wrong.
