I use this for boxing combonations. They are stiff enough and provide good enough protection to catch some kicks if the kicks are extremely hard. My hands don't get sweaty and these mitts do not move around or slip off of my hands. Every now and then I will adjust them. I do not feel the impact of the punches being thrown and they do not hurt my arms/wrists. I also hit these, and they feel good to hit as well as use as a trainer.

I wear these to train friends and have others hold them for me as well. As someone who holds them for others, I like the contoured shape and protection the mitt provides. The center grip inside the mitt is a plus and give you a stronger hold on the mitt. The one con I have is that it's pretty tight (still breaking it in) and is hard if not impossible to get on if you have wraps on. Overall this is a solid Mitt, and I am happy with it.

Hands fit nice and snug (size L hands) and they have give to them for people with smaller mitts on them. Quality is top notch. Nice tough padding and stiching.

Awesome mitts for the money.. best i've used. Only thing is that the leather has shifted sideways on a pad a little and i can't quite get it back in place. But still work awesome.
