I am happy with this Guards as they are very practical and confortable. You can barely feel them yet protection is good. Better Shin Guards definitely exist, yet this one is great for the price. What I find really appealing is that I can wear them during the regular workout and sparring.

I got the large and they fit fine. I'm 6' 185. Got these for MMA sparring. They're your basic shin guards but slip on fairly easy and they don't slide around much. Nothing fancy, but a good product for the money. I would recommend these for MMA training.

I bought these to use at home on my heavy bag not really for sparring. which they serve their purpose well. They fit well but the padding is not very much at all. these are better suited for training on a heavy bag an actual sparring.
