Comments about Break Point White Ultra Light Weight Standard Gi:
This was my first gi when I started to train bjj. It's a pretty standard gi and for the price you can't really go wrong with it. However there are much better gis out there.
The main problems I had with it is the feel of the gi is very rough and also the gi is fairly stiff and clunky. I've owned the gi for about 8 months now and I fear that it won't soften up much more.
It has a very good build quality to it and if you are looking for a spare gi, this would be optimal as it is low-cost and very functional.
I am of course basing this review in comparison to my Vulkan gi, which has a strong reputation in itself. (It's also close to twice the price)
This gi will serve you well, but it is what it is.

Bought this gi to rotate on/off with another previously purchased gi of another manufacturer. I was pleasantly suprised when it arrived in its own mesh carry bag. The jacket is well constructed, lighter than my other gi jacket and holds up to the same abuse with no sign of wear and tear. Nice feature is the hem on the sleeve cuff is reinforced with BP logo ribbon. My biggest complaint is that the pants. I ordered size A2, which is what size my other gi is. While well constructed and durable, they were too small. Waitst size was OK, but length was too short. Be cautious when washing them and might want to order a size up and shrink the jacket. The logo on the sleeves is really sharp. Overall, nice gi for the price, but be mindful of the size.
