Bought these on Black Friday, and have used a few times for Muay Thai training 3 times a week and they are excellent. My only complaint is that the straps pull pretty hard on the leater of the pad because they're a strange setup. Otherwise fantastic pair of shin guards for the price.

  They are all about 30 inches high and can be adjusted between 12 and 15 inches. Sizing is only for the size around the calf.
