I use it for sparring and for bag work, really good leather, requires some 'seasoning' because it's not very fist-shaped at first but an hour on a punching bag will fix that. Good both with or without hand wraps. Doesn't REALLY protect well against bruising so if you're sensitive to injury I won't recommend it. Other than that, it does it job well. Truly amazing value for money.
