Great thai-style pad overall, holds and absorbs impacts well, would definitely recommend it to anyone who has a place to strap it for use. Padding is stiff at first, but softens after a few days of use.

Very good quality, a little stiff at first but it quickly improves. Would be nice if it came as a pair, but the price is very good so just get 2.

I bought these as my first set of Thai Pads. I've used better ones before at a gym, but for home use that I don't even use on a daily basis, they're not bad. The cushion is good, but I usually wear shin guards when I'm kicking.
