A:
To measure for a hat/headgear, use a tape measure and measure around the head. If the measurement is up to 21 5/8, choose Small. If the measurement is from 21 5/8 and up to 22 3/8 inches, choose Medium. If the measurement is from 22 3/8 inches to 23 1/2 inches, choose Large. If the measurement is over 23 1/2 inches, choose XL.

A:
To find headgear, measure the circumference of the head. Small: 6'5/8" to 6'3/4", Med: 6'7/8" to 7'1/8", Large: 7'1/4" to 7'1/2" and XL: 7'1/2" to 8".
To find shinguards, measure the circumference of the shin at the largest part. S/M or Reg: under 14 inches, L/XL: 14 to 15 inches and 2XL: over 15 inches.
