Lay the shirt flat with the front facing up and measure from the point where the arm meets the body to the same point on the other side of the shirt. Double that measurement.
Length
Measure from the seam of the back collar (where the top of the tag would be) to the bottom of the waist.

Measure from the point where the arm meets the body to the bottom of the waist.

I have had a problem with bad boy, ive bought a shogun and another bay boy shirt in large and they shrank so much i cant wear them anymore. i would recommend that you get one size bigger then you usually get. so far the two dos santos shirts i have bought haven't shrank to much, but my other ones have.
