	Lay the shirt flat with the front facing up and measure from the point where the arm meets the body to the same point on the other side of the shirt. Double that measurement.
	Length
	Measure from the seam of the back collar (where the top of the tag would be) to the bottom of the waist.
	Side
	Measure from the point where the arm meets the body to the bottom of the waist.

Love BJJ Life. Just found out about this Apparel company and totally dig their gear! I can't stand all that Tapout/Dethrone/Affliction/(insert crazy overboard cluttered design company here).

Picked up a few shirts and a hoody so far and love them. Hopefully they come out with more designs so I can buy more!
