I live about 35 minutes away from my gym, so I can't shower right away. Bacteria and Fungus will spread within 15-30 minutes if your skin is not sterilized. Using ABC right after I roll prevents ringworm, MRSA, etc...of course mopping your gym mats after every session is crucial. I highly recommend that every gym rat use ABC after every workout!

This is the best sanitizer I have used. It doesn't dry out your skin or burn scratches like alcohol based ones, and it foams for easy application. The only down side to this product is people at the gym want a handful before I leave.

You need protection when you are doing grappling, and this product is easy to apply and will give you max protection against, ringworm, staph infection and whatever else you might encounter

Great for cleaning yourself temporarily until you can get to a shower. Goes on well and easy to apply. Foam is unscented so it really does not smell or anything.
