Lay the shirt flat with the front facing up and measure from the point where the arm meets the body to the same point on the other side of the shirt. Double that measurement.
Length
Measure from the seam of the back collar (where the top of the tag would be) to the bottom of the waist.
Side
Measure from the point where the arm meets the body to the bottom of the waist.

Was first time buying a tee from american fighter and wont be last. Tee has great fit and very comfortable. Cotton is not to thin or to thick. I'm 6' 175' and the large fit me perfect. Seemed a tiny bit long but I expect it to shrink a tiny bit after washing and drying.
